Processing Time

we're so excited that you've placed an order with us. here's what to expect in terms of processing time:

 

We strive to get your order processed and shipped out as quickly as possible, but please allow for a processing time of 5-10 days. This is because we make all of our products fresh in small batches, ensuring the highest quality and potency for your skin. 

 

we know waiting for your goodies to arrive can be tough, so we promise to do everything we can to get your order out the door as fast as possible. if we're able to get it shipped out sooner than the 5-10 day window, we absolutely will!

Shipping policy

Hey there, babes! We know that getting your hands on our amazing products is top priority, so we want to make sure you have all the deets on shipping!

we use shippo to connect our online store to the shipping carriers, but unfortunately, we have no control over the shipping prices. we know they can be awful, but we promise it's worth it to get our incredible products in your hands.

​

to make sure your products arrive in tip-top shape, we only ship monday-wednesday. we dont want your goodies sitting in a potentially hot warehouse over the weekend. trust us, your skin will thank you!

at this time we don't offer international shipping, but we're always looking for ways to expand our reach and get our products into the hands of people all over the world. stay tuned for updates on this in the future.

Lost and Stolen Packages

 

 

we understand receiving your package is super important, and we're sorry to hear your package has been lost or stolen. While we do our best to ensure that your package arrives safely, unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they leave our hands.​

however, we're committed to making things right for you. if your package has been lost or stolen, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to assist you. We'll work with our shipping partners and do our best to track down your package and get it to you as quickly as possible.

please note that if your package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but you have not received it, we recommend checking with your neighbors, building manager, or local post office first. unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for packages that have been marked delivered by the shipping carrier.

wE OFFER LOCAL PICKUP AT THE 315 ARTISAN MARKET BY AUTUMN'S ORIGINALS LOCATED IN THE SALMON RUN MALL 21182 SALMON RUN MALL RD WATERTOWN NY 13601. IN ORDER TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS, WHEN CHECKING OUT, PLEASE choose "Watertown" in the drop down menu.

WHEN YOUR ORDER IS READY FOR PICK UP, YOU WILL RECIEVE AN EMAIL STATING YOUR ORDER IS READY!

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we put a lot of love and care into every product we make. due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. however, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to make it right.​

please keep in mind that our products are made in small batches, which means that colors may vary slightly from batch to batch. additionally, colors may appear different on your screen compared to the actual product. we do our best to accurately represent our products through photos and descriptions, but we understand that everyone's perception of color can differ.

so, we encourage you to be confident in your purchase and rest assured that you're getting high quality, handmade skincare products that are formulated with the best ingredients to help you feel beautiful and radiant.

broken or damaged products

At SKAH Beauty, we take great care in packaging and shipping your order. However, in the unlikely event that your item arrives broken or damaged, we ask that you e-mail a photo and/or video of the damaged item to support@skahbeauty.com within 24 hours of receipt of package. once we receive your e-mail and confirm the damage, we will send a replacement item as soon as possible. In some cases, we may ask that you send the damaged item back to us. Thank you for your understanding.
