  • Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.
  • What are your shipping rates?
    We use Shippo to offer you the lowest possible shipping rate!
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click “Manage FAQs” button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.
  • The color is a bit different than the last time I ordered, Why?
    All of our products are handmade. Variations in color are to be expected. However, if you ordered something that should be pink, you will never get blue or orange (just examples), it will always be pink! If it comes in anything other than the color ordered, mistakes were made! Promptly let us know so we can fix that for you!
  • Do you have a physical location?
    Some of our products can be found at Irish Bee in Orwell, New York. We also have some products in The 315 Artisan Market by Autumn's Originals located at the Salmon Run Mall in Watertown NY! We offer free pick up at both locations as well! Just let us know in a note at check out which location you'd prefer! If taking advantage of the free pick up option, please be sure to choose "Watertown" in the drop down menu at Checkout and leave your preference in a note or shoot me a message!
  • My product slowly started turning dark brown. Is it still safe to use? Why did it do that?
    Some fragrances contain what's called Vanillin. Typically fragrances that contain vanilla will do that. It's completely safe to use. It's not mold or anything crazy! It's just part of the oxidation process. Again, that pesky thing called science! However, the plain Vanilla fragrance that I use will not do that, only other fragrances such as Warm Vanilla Sugar, White Mocha Truffle, etc. The higher the vanillin content, the faster it happens. There's nothing I can do other than not offer those fragrances.
  • How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
  • Why do you use fragrance oils instead of essential oils? I thought your products were natural!
    We do use essential oils. Our lavender and eucalyptus are essential oils along with our chamomile. People have been wanting scents more like what you find at big name stores so we have been making sure those fragrances we choose are Phthalate Free and using them at the lowest possible usage rate to still give you all the scents you've been craving while still giving you the natural products you desire!
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
